PEPS Ventures is wholly owned by PEPS. It builds the valuation workflow software, property data services and accredited training used by registered valuers, estate agents, property managers and the Malaysian banks that instruct them.
What we build

Valuer CoPilot
Case management for valuation practices. It carries an instruction from receipt through inspection, analysis and review to a signed report, with the file and its audit trail held in one place.
02ValuationXchange
The channel between Malaysian banks and their panel valuers. Instructions are issued, tracked and returned through one platform rather than through email threads.
03Learning
CPD accredited with BOVAEP, together with the NCC certification course and the RRP renewal programme. Registration and payment are completed online and confirmation is issued by email.

Valuer CoPilot
A valuation firm runs the whole file in one place: the instruction, the inspection record, comparable evidence, the draft, the review and the signed report. The record of who changed what stays attached to the case.
Map, an upcoming feature, adds building footprint, places and dated satellite imagery layers to the same file.

A bank issues an instruction to a panel valuer, follows its progress and receives the completed report through a single channel. Both sides work from the same record.

PEPS Ventures is owned by the profession it serves, and it answers to Malaysian professional standards.

- A wholly-owned company of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector, Malaysia (PEPS), and supported by 50+ industry partners.
- Accreditation
- CPD programmes are accredited with BOVAEP. The NCC certification course and the RRP renewal programme are run under the BOVAEP regulated framework that applies to registered estate agents and negotiators.
- Jurisdiction
- Built for Malaysian practice. Data sources, professional standards and reporting conventions are local, not adapted from another market.
