Yeo Yan Yin @ Amanda is a freelance sustainability consultant and trainer with expertise in public policy and ESG. She began her career as Senior Private Secretary to two Sabah state ministers (2018–2020) and later joined EMIR Research, a Malaysian think tank, before transitioning to ESG in 2023. As Event Director at ESG Malaysia, Amanda has organised numerous impactful ESG awareness events on topics such as carbon accounting and ESG reporting, collaborating with organisations like Reskills, Eco-Business, and Control Union. She empowers both Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Public Listed Companies (PLCs) across Malaysia to adopt ESG principles, working with industry leaders such as B. Braun Medical Industries and Sapura Secured Technologies. She is well-versed in tailoring content for diverse industries, including manufacturing and logistics, earning positive responses from her audience. Amanda holds an MSc in International Relations from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of London.
